These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Integrated Internet Marketing (IIM) Academy (“IIM Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users of the IIM Academy platform.
Services Offered
IIM Academy provides educational courses in digital marketing. We offer both free fundamental courses and paid advanced and professional courses. Users can access free courses without charge, but a fee is required for certification:
- Rs 999 for a soft copy of the certificate
- Rs 1999 for a hard copy of the certificate
User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees and Payments
For paid courses and certification fees, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the IIM Academy website. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policies of these payment providers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through IIM Academy, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IIM Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our services for any purpose.
- Use our services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our services.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IIM Academy does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IIM Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IIM Academy, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the Services and Terms
IIM Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services or any part thereof, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
