Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all courses and services offered by Integrated Internet Marketing (IIM) Academy (“IIM Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in any of our courses or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not enroll in our courses or use our services.

No Refunds
All purchases made on the IIM Academy platform are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Course fees for both free and paid courses.
- Certification fees (soft copy and hard copy).
Course Enrollment and Fees
When you enroll in a course and make a payment, you gain immediate access to our educational materials and resources. Due to the digital nature of our content, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. This policy applies to all users, without exception.
- Rs 999 for a soft copy of the certificate
- Rs 1999 for a hard copy of the certificate
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- You did not use or complete the course.
- You did not achieve the desired results or outcomes from the course.
- You found the course content unsatisfactory or not as expected.
- You encountered technical issues that were not reported to our support team.
Technical Issues
While we strive to provide a seamless learning experience, technical issues may occasionally occur. If you encounter any technical problems that prevent you from accessing or completing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, technical issues do not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your purchase, please contact our support team at support@iim.academy or +919600196560. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly. However, please note that our no-refund policy remains in effect.
Changes to this Policy
IIM Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.

- Your use or inability to use the services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IIM Academy, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the Services and Terms
IIM Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services or any part thereof, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
